Social Media Insights Lab

To better understand the increasingly important role of social media in society and our lives, we created the Insights Lab. The facility uses advanced artificial intelligence software that processes billions of indexed resources across all forms of structured and unstructured data to generate, visualize and interpret data. Since its launch in 2019, the lab has greatly enhanced the university’s research efforts and raised its profile as a thought-leader in social media analytics.
