About the Experience

At the USA TODAY Wine & Food Experience, attendees can enjoy food and drink samples, attend demonstrations and interact with exhibitors in a beautiful outdoor setting, all for a single admission price. Guests have the option to customize their experience with either General or Early Admission tickets, as detailed below. Experience the region’s flavors and create unforgettable memories!

Our Culinary Director

Jared Bobkin

Jared, a culinary enthusiast, began his journey at 23, diving into the all-consuming world of cuisine. Under mentor David Daniot, he honed his skills at Edgewood Country Club before becoming Sous Chef at Birmingham Athletic Club. His culinary odyssey took him through various eateries, including a stint on Fox's Hell's Kitchen, where he placed 4th. Invited back for an All-Stars season, he impressed Gordon Ramsay. Jared's expertise extends to prestigious venues like The Masters tournament. Now, as culinary director for Ventures Events, he orchestrates food events nationwide, offering bespoke dining experiences and collaborating on menus, showcasing his passion for food.
