(Sept. 20, 2019) EPA announces the deletion of the Intermountain Waste Oil Refinery Superfund site from the National Priorities List. EPA and the State of Utah, through the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, have determined that all appropriate response actions under CERCLA, other than operation and maintenance, and five-year reviews, have been completed.
