RENT A LOCKER (TURNER CENTER)
To rent a locker in the Turner Center, please call, email, or visit us in person. Turner Center has locker rooms with long-term lockers and showers located near the pool. Faculty/Staff/Community lockers are rented annually for $25 and are prorated. Student lockers are rented each semester for $10 and are not prorated. Please call or email us with questions.
Campus Recreation Membership Plans
Ole Miss Students
Ole Miss Students:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may use the facility during scheduled recreational periods. Student memberships are included in tuition during enrolled academic periods. Students who are enrolled in classes for the current semester will have their IDs activated to use the recreation facilities. Students NOT enrolled in summer classes but are enrolled in fall classes may purchase a Full Summer, Summer I or Summer II membership; Summer memberships are available to purchase online beginning May 1.
- Fit Passes, Climb Passes, and Play Passes are available for purchase. Options include $5/$10 one-time, $25 unlimited semester, or $45 unlimited annual. All passes for students are purchased at www.imleagues.com/olemiss or on the OleMissCR app.
Student Spouse Membership:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll their spouse. Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting a photograph of marriage license or most recent joint tax filing.
- $30 for one semester.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.
Student Family Membership:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll their spouse and/or eligible dependent. Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting a photograph of marriage license or most recent joint tax filing.
- $50 for one semester.
- Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee.
- ID required to enter facilities for all dependents 6 years old and older.
- Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See member services if you have over 5 dependents.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase.
- Members must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb.
- Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old.
Ole Miss Faculty/Staff
University employees holding an official/active University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership.
- $60 for 1 year OR $30 for 6-months beginning 1/1/24 (payroll deduction available).
- Prices include full access to climbing, pool, group fitness, and recreation center facilities.
- Primary enrollee must present Ole Miss Faculty/Staff ID when purchasing membership.
- Faculty/Staff are not eligible to purchase a Student membership.
Family Faculty/Staff Membership:
University employees (primary enrollee) holding an official University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s).

Retired Faculty/Staff Membership:
Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss prior to January 1997 are eligible to receive a complimentary membership. The membership is available to the retiree and his/her spouse. Email us to request a retired faculty/staff membership.
- Retired Faculty/Staff complimentary memberships can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase.
Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss after January, 1997 are eligible to obtain a membership at the following rates:

Membership type is dependent on the local status indicated on the Ole Miss ID card. Visiting Scholars with an “External Employee” ID card must notify Campus Recreation staff and provide documentation of Visiting Scholar status to receive the Visiting Scholar membership. Faculty/staff who take classes but are not enrolled at a certain time must purchase the faculty/staff membership during non-enrolled periods to continue access.
Ole Miss Alumni
Individual Alumni Membership:
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain an Individual Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months. Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.
- $120 for 3 months.
- $240 for 6 months.
- $480 for 12 months.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee.
- 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.
Family Alumni Membership:
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain a Family Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months, and may enroll his/her spouse (secondary enrollee) and/or dependent(s). Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.
- $180 for 3 months
- $360 for 6 months
- $720 for 12 months

Community

Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

- Dependents (of all ages, including under 6) must be a part of a family membership (or purchase a guest pass) to participate in recreational activities
- i.e. A 5 year old does not need an ID card printed, however the parents/guardians would need to purchase a family membership if the 5 year old was participating in recreational activities

Parking Policy
Campus Recreation memberships do not include a parking permit. Campus Recreation members have the option to purchase a parking permit at a rate of $10/month. There is a request for parking permit form at the both facilities that is to be filled out with a Member Services Representative when purchasing the membership. You may also email memberservices@olemiss.edu for a request for parking permit form. For information on parking, click here. Questions or concerns regarding parking must be brought directly to the attention of the Department of Parking and Transportation at 662-915-7235 or parking@olemiss.edu.
ID Policy
UM students, faculty/staff members and Campus Recreation members MUST present their ID card to gain access to the recreation facilities. Please be aware that an inactive ID card or not presenting an ID card at all will result in the denial of access. Campus Recreation members have up to two weeks after purchasing a membership to pick up their ID card. If you have lost your Campus Recreation ID card you are required to pay a replacement fee. Questions or concerns regarding the ID policy can be emailed to memberservices@olemiss.edu.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Campus Recreation requires submission of a completed Membership Cancellation Form in order for a membership to be cancelled and for a refund to be requested. To cancel your membership, please email memberservices@olemiss.edu. The membership will be considered cancelled on the last day of the month of the submission the cancellation form. Note: lockers are non-refundable.
The refund method is based on original form of payment:
Payroll Deduction:
- If full membership amount has been deducted: refund will be processed for time not used
- If full membership amount has not yet been deducted: will be billed one final installment & stop deduction deductions
- Allow seven days for processing
Cash or Check:
- Will be refunded by check; sent to address indicated on membership cancelation form
- Allow up to 8 weeks to receive check
- Receipt is required for refund
Credit Card:
- Online Payment: will be refunded within 3-5 business days after membership cancellation form is completed
- In-Person Payment: Original payment method must be brought to Turner Center Office 214 to process a refund after the membership form is completed
