GROCERY IMPACT
Progressive Grocer's Grocery Impact is the event where grocery leaders meet to exchange ideas, celebrate success and build relationships. The event brings together the disruptors, innovators, pacesetters and leaders in grocery – present and future – for three days of education, collaboration, networking and celebration.
Grocery Impact also includes the following special events: the Top Women in Grocery (TWIG) program and formal dinner gala and awards reception; and GenNext Awards and Symposium.

Top Women in Grocery
The annual Top Women in Grocery (TWIG) program is Progressive Grocer's prominent award competition and event where we recognize female leadership from the retail, supplier and service provider community. Candidates are nominated by colleagues and peers for one of three categories: Senior-Level Executives, Rising Stars and Store Managers.
But TWIG is much more than a prestigious award. The awards gala is preceded by a Leadership Development Program during which high value content is shared to help our TWIG community advance their careers and discover new ways to impact their organizations.

GenNext Awards & Symposium
Progressive Grocer's annual GenNext Awards recognizes innovators, disruptors or difference-makers having an impact on their organization, the industry and colleagues. They are young professionals who possesses that “it” factor that is hard to describe but sets them apart as a next generation industry leader.
And it's during the GenNext Symposium where we bring together these most promising emerging talent to address crucial issues shaping the future of the grocery industry. This forum gives the most complete perspective of what's next for grocery.

The annual Outstanding Independents Awards program honors the innovation and resilience of indie grocers.
Independent grocers distinguished themselves by working hard, making a difference in their communities, and taking care of customers in new and unique ways. Now we are asking you to tell us about your outstanding year of service.

CATEGORY CAPTAINS
This awards program recognizes leadership among supplier companies that serve America’s retailers of food and consumables and is the longest-running program of its type.
Category Captains honors suppliers whose brand is winning when it comes to staying ahead of consumer insights, demand forecasts, replenishment, data-driven pricing and promotion decisions.

IMPACT AWARDS
This first-of-its-kind initiative showcases the positive impact retailers, suppliers and solution providers are having with environmental, social and governance efforts. Progressive Grocer's aim is to amplify the accomplishments of retail industry leaders, highlight innovative approaches and inspire the industry to further to greatness by “honoring exceptionalism" across 9 categories.
Impact Awards is open to retailers, suppliers and solution provider companies in the food and consumables industry.
