2021-22
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after his sixth-place finish in the GLVC Championships…competed in five meets including his 41st place finish in the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…was USI’s No. 3 finisher in the NCAA II National Championships after crossing the finish line in 147th.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters to bring home two NCAA II National Championships back to USI for the 12th total time by an individual…became the third student-athlete to win multiple national championships in one academic year…March 18 is now declared as “Titus Winders Day” for his efforts in the NCAA II National Championships…Co-Track Athlete of the Year…three-time GLVC champion in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters…three-time first-team All-GLVC for his indoor efforts in the 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters, and distance medley relay…four-time All-Region honoree in the distance medley relay, mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m...three-time GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week…claimed eight wins between the mile, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters, and distance medley relay.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Raced in the 5,000 meters in the NCAA II Outdoor Championships, placing ninth overall…earned second-team All-American with his efforts in the championships…secured All-Region laurels in the 5,000 meters...declared first-team All-GLVC after winning the 5,000 meters in the GLVC Outdoor Championships…netted two NCAA II provisional times in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…awarded GLVC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week…tallied three wins in the 5,000 meters between four meets.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 3,000 meters...was USI's top 3,000-meter performer during the indoor season...also competed in the mile, 5,000 meters and the distance medley relay.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 15th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...earned second-team All-GLVC honors with his second-place finish in the 1,500 meters in the finals of the GLVC Championships...earned a pair of wins in the 1,500 meters during the regular season...also finished 12th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 1,500 and 10,000 meters while reaching an automatic qualifying time in the 5,000 meters...was USI's top performer in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters...his time in the 5,000 meters moved him into second all-time at USI in the event.
2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 13th at NCAA II National Championships...was the NCAA II Midwest Region Runner of the Year, All-Midwest Region, GLVC Runner of the Year and All-GLVC after winning both the NCAA II Midwest Region and GLVC Championships...was USI's top finisher at regionals and nationals...also was the Eagles top finisher for four out of the six meets he competed in...earned GLVC Runner of the Week honors during the regular season.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America and USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honors in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...also was All-Region in the mile...competed in five meets five meets for USI in the mile, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and the 4x400-meter relay...recorded five different NCAA II provisional qualifying marks, two in the mile, two in the 3,000 meters and one in the 5,000 meters...finished ninth at the Meyo Invitational in the mile (4:07.42), 18th fastest in the nation, fourth in USI history...won the 3,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet Invitational (8:06.46), 12th fastest in the nation and third in USI history...also won the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Holiday Open (14:06.19) which was ninth fastest in the nation and third in the USI record books...received GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors three times.
2018-19
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 30th at the NCAA II National Championships...was the NCAA II Midwest Region Runner of the Year as well as All-Midwest Region after finishing first at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...earned GLVC Freshman of the Year and All-GLVC accolades after finishing second at the GLVC Championships...posted five top-10 finishes and four top-five performances during his first year in a USI uniform...was USI's top finisher at regionals and nationals, and was the Eagles No. 2 finisher in the other four meets he competed in...earned GLVC Runner of the Week honors during the regular season.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time of 14:06.83 with his fifth-place performance at the Hooier Open, but was unable to compete throughout the remainder of the indoor season.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Henry County High School in Paris, Tennessee, where he qualified for Foot Locker Nationals with his sixth-place finish at the South Regional...was one of 40 high school runners from across the nation to compete at Foot Locker Nationals...was a combined seven-time All-State honoree in cross country and track & field...named the 2017 All-Mid-State Runner of the Year after winning the Tennessee Division I Large School state championship as a senior...also was first in the 3,200 meters at the Tennessee Division I Large School State Track & Field Championships in 2018 and second in the 3,200 meters at the TSSAA AAA State Championships in 2017...brings a personal-best 5k time of 15:06 to USI.
