CROSS COUNTRY: Earned points in his 34th place finish in the Brescia Invitational…finished 135th in the GLVC Championships.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...did not compete.

2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 400 meters at the Kentucky Indoor Invitational, finishing 11th.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 12th-place finish at the GLVC Championships...competed in the 400 and 800 meters throughout the outdoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2019-20
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

Soccer
2019: Named Academic All-GLVC and earned the Council of Presidents Academic Excellence Award...started all 19 matches as a senior...recorded two points on an assist in the tie with Rockhurst University and the victory over Missouri University of Science & Technology.  

2018: Named Academic All-GLVC...played in all 18 matches, started all but one...tallied one point on a game-winning overtime assist at Davenport University on September 7.

2017: Named Academic All-GLVC...appeared in 11 matches, starting four, during his first season at USI…had two points on a goal…scored his first goal as an Eagle in the win over William Jewell College.

TRANSFER:  Transferred to USI from NCAA Division II Goldey-Beacom College...played in 17 matches, scoring two goals in helping lead the Lightning to a 9-7-2 record in 2016. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in soccer at Birkerod Gymnasium (Birkerod, Denmark). 

PERSONAL: Son of Mikkjal and Ulla Poulsen.
