How do I start using FSL Suite?

All products from the pack will appear on your MyParagon account after the purchase. You will always have access to all the necessary information about the drivers (serial numbers, documentation etc.) You can download the product you need from the “My Downloads” page.

What if I eventually decide to cover more workstations than initially licensed?

Feel free to contact us for an upgrade quote!

When does my license come into effect?

Your license start date is the date of purchase, the license expires in 1, 2 or 3 years from the purchase date based on selected duration.

I need to release a license. How can I map licenses applied against machines used?

The easy way is to check your MAC (Media Access Control) address. This MAC is a unique identifier assigned to a NIC in form of 00-AA-FF-22-A1-F2. The individual characters are within the range A-F and 0-9. Here’s how you can find your MAC address –

In Windows OS:

Click the Start/Search
In the Run/Search text box, type cmd. This will open the command window.
In the command prompt, type ipconfig /all.
Scroll down and look for the values next to “Physical Address” – this is your MAC address.

In macOS:

Click System Preferences in the Apple menu.
Select Network.
Select Airport for the wireless adapter MAC and click Advanced (the MAC address is listed as Airport ID).

How do I renew my yearly license on expiration?

You will receive a notification 30 days prior to license expiration (if no action is taken, a 3 day’s notice will follow). Loyal customers can be provided with an upgrade discount for the purchased license if the renewal request is made before it expires.
