Angus Women Connected Conference
Angus Women Connected (WC)  Conference Application 2020. Application deadline January 15, 2020.

Conference: March 4-6; Certified Angus Beef Culinary and Education Center, Wooster, OH. Twenty women ( ages 21 and over) will be selected by application to participate in this biennial conference designed to  Engage, Empower and Educate women from diverse backgrounds and demographics that share the common bond of Angus Cattle. WC is coordinated by the American Angus Auxiliary and funded by the Angus Foundation.The 2020 WC will be hosted by Certified Angus Beef, LLC.  

Participants are responsible for the cost of their own transportation to and from Wooster, OH. Group ground transportation for those flying will be arranged. Through the generous support of the Angus Foundation the conference, lodging (double occupancy, 2 participants per room)  and meals are at no cost to the participants. Exception: if a selected participant desires a private hotel room that participant will be required to pay for the cost of 2 nights hotel/lodging. After participants are confirmed all selected participants will receive an attendee list, participants from same areas may want to arrange travel together.

Participants: 20 selected participants (plus staff, invited guests and the American Angus Auxiliary Executive Committee)

Applications close on Jan. 15, 2020. Applicants will be notified of acceptance status no later than Jan. 28. Anne Lampe, WC chairman.

Participant Responsibilities
If selected I understand that travel costs and arrangements are my responsibly, I am expected to participant in the entire conference. I understand that WC registration fees, workshops, tours ,meals and lodging (2 nights/double occupancy) is at no cost to selected participants. If I choose a private hotel room I will be responsible for the cost of the room.

Applications close on Jan. 15, 2020. Applicants will be notified of acceptance status no later than Jan. 28  by email. After notification of acceptance- selected participants will have 3 days to accept/reserve their space and all travel arrangements must be submitted to WC Chairman Anne Lampe by Feb. 10.
