Traveler Lodging Program Adoption - Infographic

For today’s travel buyer, building and managing a travel program is an exercise in balance – travel buyers must balance the needs of their organization and its travelers through cost containment, traveler compliance, traveler satisfaction, duty of care, and more. Moreover, overseeing a corporate lodging program can prove to be especially challenging, given a shifting industry and landscape of technologies. Despite efforts to build the best possible lodging program, travel buyers still face issues of non-compliance and traveler dissatisfaction.
