Changing the narrative, one story at a time

Being a city of inclusion requires both individual and collective efforts. Watch how these individuals have shaped, and continue to shape, our community's culture.

David Neth

David Neth is a long-time Seattle resident who holds the distinction of being one original organizers of Seattle’s first Pride in 1974. In this episode, we go ‘behind-the-image’ of Seattle’s first Pride celebration and hear how, with limited resources and support, David helped begin the movement that has grown to the fourth largest Pride Parade in the country. Where others see hate, #weSEAlove.
