Who we are
The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce is a business organization of roughly 800 members across the lower South Shore.
We exist to serve not only local business, but the community at large. How do we do that? By offering a variety of business networking opportunities; by sounding a strong voice on local and regional business issues; by offering educational seminars and special programs to our members; by developing and supporting economic development initiatives that improve the overall quality of life in the region.

Mayflower Brewing Company – America’s Hometown Brewery – is a craft beer microbrewery. Founded in 2007 by a tenth great-grandson of John Alden, beer barrel cooper on board the Mayflower, they are dedicated to celebrating the history and legacy of beer in America by creating unique, high-quality ales and lagers.![]()

They brew and package all of their beer at their brewery here in Plymouth and use only traditional brewing methods and ingredients. Their product line is broad and includes a set of year-round beers that honor traditional styles, seasonal beers that celebrate the New England weather, and small-batch releases that give them a chance to try out new ideas.![]()
