Decarbonization
Current methods to produce hydrogen contribute to over 2% of all greenhouse gas emissions.
Thiozen’s process dramatically reduces those emissions, with the power to avoid 300 million tons of carbon dioxide per year – double the amount of decarbonization achieved by installing solar panels on every US household.

Technology
A new chemical process converts hydrogen sulfide, a high-volume energy sector waste stream, to hydrogen gas. This avoids both the carbon emissions inherent to hydrogen production from natural gas and the high costs associated with hydrogen production from electrolysis.
Decarbonization
Hydrogen production is a major source of carbon emissions.By replacing market dominant technologies with the Thiozen process we simultaneously lower costs and significantly reduce the carbon footprint of many industrial activities.
We believe that by aligning economic incentive with social good we can reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the energy sector by 500 million metric tons per year.
Applications
The ability to generate low emission hydrogen and remove hydrogen sulfide from a sour gas stream is valuable in a wide array of industries.
Biorefining
Natural Gas Processing
Fuel Refining
Applications
The ability to create low carbon hydrogen from sour gas stream is valuable in many situations including in natural gas processing, biorefining, petrochemical and fuel refining, pulp and paper manufacturing, fertilizer production, and more.
