We have a passion to create an environment where professional ambition and caring for a family can coexist. We believe the starting point for sustainable change is elevating awareness and education across the music industry, and our mission is to improve caretaker benefits, equip music professionals with evidence-based resources on key issues, and establish a space for open and honest dialogue.
Who Are We?
Margaret Hart, Jackie Jones, and Haley Montgomery have over 40 years of combined experience in the music industry ranging from production and touring to music tech and advocacy. Aside from a deep love of biscuits, they share a belief that this working community should also be a place where parents, caretakers, and those hoping to build a family and a career can thrive.
