Its headquarters stands as a pioneering example as one of the first LEED Platinum buildings in the United Arab Emirates.

Opportunity

To continuously explore ways of efficiently using resources and invest in optimizing performance while aligning with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050, DIEZ looked to advance their goal of net zero.

• OpenBlue Services delivering optimized chiller performance including significantly reduced operating and energy costs and improved comfort for occupants
