Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to USI after finishing his prep career at Beechwood High School (Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky) where he lettered in baseball and basketball...was first-team All-State, Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference Most Valuable Player, and 9th Region Player of the Year after batting .546 with 49 RBIs and 11 home runs as a senior... also helped Beechwood to four-straight region championships.

PERSONAL: Son of Derek and Laura Boyd.
