The Inspector Keane stories are set in the1960s, against the backdrop of swinging London and the rapidly changing lifestyles of the times.
The stories feature Inspector John Keane, a police detective based in London, whose cases range from those when serving in Q5 - a shadowy police intelligence section - to the carefully hidden crimes in the seemingly quiet London suburbs that were his patch later in his career.

The Inspector Keane series of novels started with ‘Journey to Nowhere’ in 2006, and three further novels have been published at regular intervals since then. The latest, ’Something Special’, is now available. The series will continue to develop, with a book containing the first set of Inspector Keane short stories in progress.
