Don’t miss this transformative experience

The Sphinx Organization brings you the largest and longest-standing convening dedicated to diversity and inclusion in classical music January 23-25, 2025! With over 30 sessions designed to inspire and ignite action and spark collaboration, the participation of more than 90 speakers, keynote addresses by luminaries and trailblazers, and much more: you won’t want to miss this transformative experience!

We look forward to welcoming attendees to the Detroit Marriott Rennaissance Center for an enlightening experience designed to inspire action and ignite collaboration.

To reduce barriers to participation, while SphinxConnect 2025 will take place in person, many sessions will be live-streamed through our online platform for attendees who wish to participate virtually. Additionally, both plenaries and all panel discussions on Friday and Saturday will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel following the convening.

“Thank you x100 for providing us with this space and time to connect with and build lifelong transformative impactful friendships. For the second time, this conference has inspired me beyond belief and provided me the much needed opportunity to connect and build with others like me and to be encouraged and healed by those who extended their knowledge and expertise.
