Mindfulness, Grief, and Resilience are a large part of what Andrew promotes, especially during these past several years with the world dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic and all that entails. In addition, we have been asked to deal with issues of distancing, masking, and creating new and innovative ways to come together to heal. Thinking outside the box assisted Andrew in presenting a new way to deal with the pain and loneliness of grief. His presentation will be a hands-on talk that will offer new ways and suggestions for self-care to foster and promote healing, personally and professionally. Get ready to BREATHE.
