Before signing the bill at the Dignity Health Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, the governor said Arizona now joins only a handful of other states in requiring health insurance plans to cover biomarker testing when there’s a clinical need. “These types of tests have become a crucial part of cancer and other disease therapies and should be available to everyone who wants one,” said Ducey. “Biomarker tests save lives. They help doctors determine the best course of treatment, prevent unnecessary treatments and will help us cure diseases like cancer in the future. CLYDE BOWEN: Happy Mother’s Day. Ma! Felipa Marie! From humble beginnings, straight outta Roxbury, to the land of Holbrook, Massachusetts. I was first to own a home in my entire family line! Saw a series called #“ The Forsythe Saga.” while stationed, at US Embassy, Oslo. First Episode? “A man of Property “An English Series about a man trying to make it, in 19th century England. Climbing that Ladder. It also works for 21st Century America, if you work it. WE had been “ Led” to believe. Home ownership for us? Why? What? Why You think they” created “ #Redlining” for NON Whites? NOW? God Bless America ??! We must be more financial viable:) All of us own our homes. ALL of our children own their homes. We ESCAPED away from really Baad trouble, became successful, moving on. Thanks Ma.

ARCHIE DICKSION: On April 4, 2022 someone caused to be filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission a document under the entity name of “Republican Party of Arizona, LLC with an entity ID 23356566”. Willenchik & Bartness, P.C. being the Statutory Agent appointed April 5, 2022. Only the registration information is available on line. The internal documents of the LLC are not available so we have no knowledge of the nature of the organization, how it is to be run, the officers, members or contribution requirements.

  • How does this document relate to the Republican Party of which I am registered member? Is that party now a Limited Liability Company? If so, am I a member?
  • If I am not a member am I required to become a member to maintain my party registration?
  • How do I become a member?
  • What is the Purpose of this organization?
  • Who authorized its formation?
  • Why was I as a registered republican never given any information about its formation?

A Limited Liability Company is governed by A.R.S Title 29. Those of you who are interested may wish to review the Statutes beginning at 29-3104 which provides “The law of this state governs both of the following: 1. The internal affairs of a limited liability company. 2. The liability of a member as member and a manager as manager for a debt, an obligation or another liability of a limited liability company.” You might also want to read 29-3105 and any other sections that catches your attention. 29-3105 basically provides that the “operating agreement” of the LLC governs the conduct and liability of its members for the debts and criminal activities (if any) of the members for that acts of the manager or any other member of the LLC.

  • Now the real question is has this document superseded all of the various Bylaws of the State Organization, each County Organization, and each Legislative District?
  • Who authorized the creation of this entity and why?
  • Every district must be given a copy of all of the documents that are part of the LLC, and that must be done immediately.

Editor’s Note: Attention Kelli Ward, AZGOP Chair. Please sent the answers to Dicksion’s questions to Briefs by 5 pm., Tues., May 10 at stuff@republicabriefs.org and repcomm@republicanbriefs.org –Frosty Taylor

JACK PODPLESKY: Butch Kuentzler has found the proverbial needle in the haystack. 5-5-22 Briefs The actions of Establishment Republican Michal Ann Joyner is how all Establishment Republicans are. If your ideology does not fit in their mold, they discard or ignore you. This is the problem with the MCRC. This is also what aligns Establishment Republicans alongside Demonrats as there is no America First in their world and they will not allow or listen to any discussion about it. They are stuck trying the same thing over and over expecting different results. The MCRC leaders and many LD Chairs fall into this category and do what they can to push America First to the curb. It is time for Establishment Republicans to try something new or step out of the way for those who support America First. Trump’s policies are proven as all of the catastrophic issues we have today are because one or more America First policies were reversed when the Idiot in the White House stole control. If anyone out there did not prosper from the effects of putting America First (low inflation, low gas prices, low taxes, low unemployment numbers, high GDP, no catastrophe world conflicts and being energy independent) please speak up. Look at the history of candidates saying they are conservative or they support America First. Because they use the latest phrase “I am not a politician” (Kari Lake’s favorite) does not reveal what truths lay in the closet that will come out if they are elected. The sequence of words (or omitted words) is very important. Yes, Lake has a lifetime membership with the NRA, but does she say she bought the lifetime membership last year. That does not mean she has been a lifetime member. Check candidates who have switched parties or have a history of supporting the other side. The entire Arizona Republican Party needs a complete overhaul or we won’t have a party.

ROBERT CANTERBURY, LD27 PC: In 2006, I found out that I could not join the U.S. Navy Special Warfare Unit, SWCC, due to being red/green colorblind. That did not stop me from serving six years with a Special Boat Team and a Navy SEAL Team. Being a Navy SEAL is quite possibly the world’s toughest and most dangerous job. It takes focus, guts, determination, more mental strength than physical strength, 90% mental, 10% physical, they say. I have a SEAL friend who is 5’7, 165 pounds and a SEAL friend who is 6’6, 260 pounds and everything in between. Less than 10% of all who try to be Navy SEALs fail, but US Congressional District 1 Senate candidate Eli Crane made it through. Crane has the mental toughness that it will take to handle DC with the calmness that he showed on the battlefields of Iraq. See eli-crane-navy-seal-veteran

STEVE SAAF: Any chance we can find a map showing the new districts with candidates and incumbents? Editor’s Note: If anyone has seen such a map, please forward a link to Briefs so we can inform all of our readers. -ft

NANCY PLENCNER: In Major portions of Fountain Hills individuals’ first amendment rights have been canceled. Citizens were not aware that when Mayor Ginny Dickey, the most liberal Mayor in the Town’s history and her liberal majority on the council, were making amendments to the Town’s sign ordinance, they muzzled political expression. Virtually EVERY major thoroughfare in Town is designated a No Political Signs Allowed Zone. Apparently, these liberal Democrat elected officials love Twitter’s Cancel Culture and imposed it on Fountain Hills. But wait, they went even further in passing restrictions on what we citizens can say on our own private property. They passed a provision allowing only one political sign on private property. There are four offices to be filled in the coming election, yet Dickey says only one sign allowed. This entire ordinance is blatantly unconstitutional but shows just how far liberals will go to stay in power by stifling political opposition. This local version of Biden’s cancel culture is plying their strategy to keep control and never be defeated. Dickey was a Hillary Clinton Presidential Delegate, belongs to dozens of liberal organizations, hides behind the false nonpartisan municipal election status and waxes eloquently about how much she “cares” about Fountain Hills. Well, we citizens are not waving the white flag. Recently launched is a massive grassroots movement compromised of hundreds of citizens who are committed to fighting back against these unconstitutional actions. Reclaim Our Town will accomplish just what the name implies!

CANDIDATE COMMENTARY
Republican candidates may submit announcements, statements, opinions, events etc. Anything longer than Briefs 300 word limit is subjected to editing down. Briefs does not post candidate endorsements, nor do we participate in any candidate campaigns. – ft

BLAKE MASTERS, US Senate candidate, passed a sign in Pinal County that warned, “Smuggling and illegal immigration may be encountered in this area” and put out the following in a video response: “This sign brought to you by your Federal Government. You know what this says to me? It says the government gave up. They threw in the towel. This sign should be warning me about rattlesnakes! Not about criminal narcoterrorist organizations.”

DAVE GILES, CD 4 candidate: America First! I promise to vote for America First. I believe in “Promises Made – Promises Kept.” I promise to uphold the Constitution and the powers given by the Constitution such as Defending our Borders. I promise to return to the states or to the people what is not in the constitution such as Returning Education to the States.

ABE HAMADEH, attorney general candidate: If you haven’t seen the explosive 2000 Mules yet, I highly suggest you find the nearest theater and go watch. I saw it, and I couldn’t believe what I was watching – thousands of “mules” stuffing ballot boxes full of ballots that didn’t belong to them and doing it repeatedly in the middle of the night. The surveillance footage used in the film was all recovered using “FOIA” or Freedom of Information Act requests.
I think Arizonans deserve to see as much of this footage as is available from our state. Yes, Arizona was featured in the film and by the evidence in the film, election RIGGING was RAMPANT. For those reasons, I am asking the filmmaker, the brave patriot Dinesh D’Souza, to hand over a copy of that footage. You can bet I will use my platform, my voice, and my campaign to spread the message far and wide. But when I am the next Attorney General, the guilty will not go unpunished.

TOM HORNE: Supt of Public Instruction candidate: It didn’t start with Disney. Previously, I wrote here about the book Woke, Inc. by successful entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy. He substantiates how wokeness is a religion. He writes: “Well-respected companies like Coca-Cola implemented corporate programs teaching employees ‘to be less white’ and that ‘to be less white is to be less oppressive, be less arrogant, be less certain, be less defensive, be more humble,’ and that ‘white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white.’ Starbucks said it would mandate anti-bias training for executives and tie their compensation to increasing minority representation in the workforce.” I’m switching from diet coke to diet pepsi.

SHAWNNA BOLICK, Secretary of State candidate: Two things are true about Justice Alito’s leaked majority opinion draft of Dobbs v. Jackson: This unprecedented disclosure is damaging to SCOTUS and our judicial system. Motivated by a partisan agenda, the Democrats are threatening the foundation of our institutions to raise money and GOTV efforts. If they are willing to undermine SCOTUS just for a few bucks and a few votes, there’s nothing they won’t do to tip the scales their way. I’m glad an investigation has been launched to find out who has caused irreparable harm to SCOTUS. Conservatives have reason to be cautiously optimistic that we might see the day that Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey are finally overturned and the egregious decision that has wrought chaos on our country is finally put to rest. The leaked draft is not official, but let’s remain hopeful that SCOTUS doesn’t succumb to the Democrats’ tactics to pressure the justices to change their vote. Justice Alito is 100% correct: “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision…Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.” This has always been about states’ rights, no matter how the Democrats try to spin it. That’s why I signed on to a pro-life amicus brief last fall to ensure that America’s laws match the science and reflect our commitment to human rights. We can’t be complacent. This unprecedented leak has only solidified the fact that this will be an even tougher election than ever before. The momentum is behind Republicans, but don’t mistake the power of Democrats to rally voters behind abortion.

CONGRESSIONAL UPDATES
Anything longer than Briefs 300 word limit is subject to editing/shortening. – ft

Congressman Paul Gosar: In 1973 the U.S. Supreme Court issued what is widely considered one of the worst decisions the Court has ever written. The case was Roe v. Wade. We know today that the plaintiff in Roe lied about being raped. She later recanted her false claims and gave her life to Christ. But the damage was done. The Court decided it wanted to legislate and create law, not just interpret laws. The Court came up with a bizarre ruling completely ungrounded from the Constitution, citing fake science to justify the murder of babies. For the first time in the history of the court, a draft Supreme Court opinion was leaked. Over 240 years of court history was shattered by this severe breach of decorum and institutional privacy. Justice Samuel Alito’s opinion indicates that the Supreme Court is likely to overturn the egregiously immoral and unconstitutional Roe v. Wade. 49 years ago the Supreme Court of the United States made the decision allowing for abortion on demand. When the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade, leftist scientists and doctors claimed that babies were considered viable at 28 weeks. We know that is absolutely false. In fact, premature babies can survive at 22 weeks, or even earlier. This is at least a month and half earlier than Roe’s arbitrary “viability” date. We know that at just five weeks, unborn babies have a heartbeat. At 10 weeks, babies can kick and jump and have fingers and toes. At 15 weeks, an unborn baby has fully formed lips and noses and can feel pain, make facial expressions, and can hiccup. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each state from prohibiting abortion and states will be free to regulate abortion as they see fit. I pray the Supreme Court protects throws out the Roe v. Wade injustice. If Roe is overruled it will be a first step for the Supreme Court to clean up its legacy and get back to interpreting laws, not creating laws.
