At Lacuna, we believe that you get out of life what you put into it. We focus on improving your well being through dynamic yoga practices, retreats, trainings, and organic juice to fuel your body and mind. We believe that travel helps us all create new perspectives, keeps us young, and that our retreats offer unique opportunities to see the world. Pairing yoga and travel allows us to curate experiences that boost your physical and mental well-being while allowing you the time and space to unwind and enjoy life. Infused with Katonah Yoga®️ teachings, pranayama, and meditation, we offer a wide variety of offerings to lift your spirits, soothe your soul, and hone your practice.

At Lacuna, we focus on improving your well being through yoga practices, yoga retreats, trainings, and workshops to support your mental and physical wellbeing. With retreats all over the world, we’ll take you to the far corners of the planet to explore new cultures, have exciting adventures, and of course practice plenty of yoga to reset yourself. With a variety of world class yoga teachers as your guides, we will move through retreats with meditations, physical practices, and pranayama that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated, all while enjoying your exotic surroundings.
OUR JUICE
We believe the best way to nourish yourself is by putting real, clean food into your body. This means organic, local, nutrient-dense foods that your body can easily and quickly absorb, which is why juice is such an effective addition to your daily routine. When juice is cold pressed, there is no heat added during the process to kill the enzymes that naturally live in plants, and no oxygen added during the juicing which would oxidize and change the chemical compound of the juice.
