About Abrar

Abrar is a poet, an author, a certified mentor and coach and a management consultant with extensive experience in helping public and private sector clients navigate through organizational growth challenges.  He is the co-founder of Abstract Space Inc., a boutique management consultancy, and the founder of the Management by INTENT conscious decision-support framework.  

As a business strategy facilitator, he helps clients design, communicate, and execute incremental transformational change initiatives. He is skilled at helping clients align organizational goals and objectives to purposeful outcomes generating holistic operational excellence. His professional career is anchored in providing thought leadership and coaching in the areas of performance improvement, governance, human-capacity building and risk management.

As a systems thinker and a problem solver, Abrar has led change management initiatives, designed management systems, institutionalized programs, and crafted solutions enabling behavioral change, that have strengthened organizational cultures, shaped operating values and principles and enhanced individual and organizational performance.

He is passionate about responsible, intent-driven leadership that is dedicated to the cause of creating balance and harmony. This means preserving, supporting, and nurturing the human-side of business, enabling leaders to better understand their organization’s true impact and to realign their purpose for catering to the needs of all their stakeholders.
