He is the co-founder of Abstract Space Inc., a boutique management consultancy, and the founder of the Management by INTENT conscious decision-support framework.
As a business strategy facilitator, he helps clients design, communicate, and execute incremental transformational change initiatives. He is skilled at helping clients align organizational goals and objectives to purposeful outcomes generating holistic operational excellence. His professional career is anchored in providing thought leadership and coaching in the areas of performance improvement, governance, human-capacity building and risk management.
