SWCAA's 50th Annual Meeting

99-Days, Inc.

Donate now!

99-Days, Inc. was designed to spread awareness about dementia. Volunteer runners will run 3.1 miles (5K) every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day (99 days in total). Each day, a person living with dementia or a family member caring for a person with dementia will be honored. Runners will wear their picture during their run, and a short story about the person being honored will be posted on the 99-Days, Inc. Facebook page. There is no cost to participate and we encourage the community to submit names, pictures and short bios for those who deserve to be honored. 99-Days, Inc. gratefully accepts donations with this year’s proceeds benefitting the Southwestern CT Agency on Aging’s CT Statewide Respite Care Program where financial assistance is provided to secure much needed respite support for those with a verified dementia diagnosis.

Meet this Month's Employee Spotlight

Meet Erin – She has been an integral part of Team 2 at SWCAA for more than five years, consistently proving herself as a valuable asset. Her demeanor is consistently pleasant, whether interacting with clients or colleagues. Erin’s work is consistently punctual; rarely does she extend tasks into the following month. Known for her organizational skills and efficiency, she ensures that tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Moreover, Erin’s positive energy enriches the team environment. Beyond work, she cherishes her dog and embraced motherhood last June with the arrival of her baby boy. We are incredibly grateful for Erin’s dedication and hard work, and she is truly appreciated within our team.
