You want to pay completely contactless? No problem with the PayPal QR code.
It's that simple:
Open the PayPal app on your smartphone.
- Tap on the Scan/Pay icon at the bottom left and use it to scan the QR code that is displayed to you at the checkout - this is also possible through a transparent protective screen.
- The amount to pay is displayed to you in the app.
- Select your preferred stored payment method in the app, for example bank account or credit card, and confirm the payment.
- Both you and the cashier receive confirmation of the successful transaction.
