Thousands of medical offices are active in Florida SHOTS and the Florida Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. To see a list of offices who participate in these programs, fill in the office zip code or phone number in the space below and Search. Results are returned alphabetically along with a red indicator if the office is a VFC participant.
Note that participation is subject to change and should be confirmed directly with your doctor’s office.
