GLVC Baseball Championship Tournament
Moves to Lindenwood
The 2021 Great Lakes Valley Conference Baseball Championship Tournament will be held at the Lou Brock Sports Complex in St. Charles, Missouri, May 13-16. The tournament will mark the 41st GLVC Baseball Championship and the first year it will be held on campus at Lindenwood University. This year's event will once again consist of four tournament games in three of the first four days.
Eight teams will vie for the 2021 GLVC crown and the opportunity to represent the Conference at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the season. However, in 2019, No. 7 seed Bellarmine went a perfect 4-0 on the weekend, defeating No. 4 seed Illinois Springfield by a 4-3 score in the championship game.
Indianapolis holds the GLVC record with six league titles, followed by Lewis (5), Southern Indiana (4), Quincy (4), Drury (3), and Missouri-St. Louis (1). Former Conference members Northern Kentucky (5), Saint Joseph's (5), Bellarmine (3), SIU Edwardsville (2), and UW-Parkside (1) have each claimed a Conference title.
