“Enhancing Africa’s Value in Global Value Chains”
Corporate Council on Africa and the Government of the Republic of Botswana will convene business and government leaders for the 15th U.S.-Africa Business Summit on July 11-14, 2023 in Gaborone, Botswana. The Summit will serve as a natural follow up for the U.S. and African private sector and government leaders to review December 2022 commitments and address new major trends in global manufacturing and supply chains, critical developments in Africa’s rapidly growing health market, future directions of Africa’s ICT and energy transition, discussions on enhancing food security, facilitating dialogue and collaboration on African manufacturing and value addition in key value chains (e.g., strategic minerals, pharma, automotive, agribusiness, creative economy, etc.) and important new shifts in finance and investment, among many others.
