Graffiti Bao opened in March 2019 at the home of the Las Vegas Golden Knights in the TMobile Arena on the Las Vegas Strip. Food & Wine winner Chef Marrone has been serving quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
Graffiti Bao's food reflects the experiences from travels throughout Asia and the uniqueness of the Hawker Centres that house the many traditions of each culture. The TMobile location focuses mainly on our signature Bao Buns for quick and easy bites while enjoying the game, fight or concert. The Buffalo location features a full menu with shareable items, noodles, entrees, sides and of course their signature Bao Buns.
