2021 Songwriting Contest Finalists!

Thank you, songwriters, for entering our contest!

It is a joy for us to support your talents and aspirations. Whether or not your song made the finals, kudos for stepping up and out with your music. You also helped make the world a better place by supporting ScottCares, Scott Hamilton’s cancer foundation to promote better, less harmful cancer treatments.

You may notice three categories have 11 finalists, instead of 10. In these cases, our judges fought for some songs and decided to include an extra one rather than exclude songs equally noteworthy. You may also notice some writers appear more than once. This is because the primary consideration of our judges is the quality of a song, not production level or who wrote it. Songs are listened to and evaluated without knowing who wrote them.

Here are the 2021 Finalists. Stand by for winners to be announced and prizes awarded!

THIS IS NOT A RANKED FINALIST LIST, THE LISTED ORDER IN EACH CATEGORY IS RANDOM
