We need to give each other the space to grow, to be ourselves, to exercise our diversity. We need to give each other space so that we may both give & receive such beautiful things as ideas, openness, dignity, joy, healing, and inclusion.

I founded Allinium on the belief that every human being deserves to live and work in a culture that allows them to both flourish and thrive. Our commitment is to help industry leaders create authentic cultures, promote inclusion and equity by acknowledging and understanding the power of diversity.

My dream would be to see the talent pool maximized 100% and cause a massive global shift to inclusive work place culture. I believe that every human being deserves to work in a culture that allows them to make their fullest, unique contribution and I am committed to helping organizations achieve real change.

Over the past decades, I’ve studied, taught, presented, lived and breathed the discovery of leadership development and delivered breakthrough moments and transformations.

21st Century leadership requires a deep examination of where our impressions of gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, education, etc. intersect to create a corporate culture. If you are ready to make a personal or professional change then we should talk.

Contextual Leadership Calling Teams Into Action

I was introduced to Contextual Leadership during my second year in elected office. Excited and determined to improve my organization, I was surprised and dismayed at the roadblocks I seemed to be hitting with my team. After taking a few leadership courses with limited results and increasing concern, I met with Susan Rink, a Contextual Leadership coach, to talk about my goals and what wasn’t working.

Within 15 minute of our first meeting, I began to see how constrained I was by my view and approach to my team. I immediately began participating in individual and group sessions, and over the next six months my experience of my office completely transformed.

Contextual Leadership helped me see what was at play unknown in the background, shaping my interactions and effectiveness. I was able to shift the context from which I operated intentionally, and get in the driver’s seat of what I wanted to create for the office. My own transformation with my team was so powerful that I wanted my leaders to have the same access to effectiveness. We held several Contextual Leadership workshops with my executive and supervisory teams, with incredible results. Imagine, a “training” that managers and supervisors continue to request more of...unbelievable!

Using Contextual Leadership, we are successfully continuing to build relationships, call teams into action and strengthen the office. We’ve made new and positive impacts on our community, even during the COVID crisis, and are committed to empowering all of our staff through this work.

I’m very excited to be part of the 21st Century Leadership Forum. Contextual Leadership is the most powerful methodology I’ve encountered for taking effective action and I can’t wait to see what it will make possible for the community of leaders in Volusia County. It’s a truly empowering adventure of discovery you won’t regret. Robin, thank you for securing the grant funding to throw such an amazing event!
