Crooked Colours Return With Euphoric New Single, “Love Language”

One of Australia’s hottest new indie-dance outfits, Crooked Colours, recently released their new single “Love Language,” available now at all streaming services. This uplifting new track carries you through a euphoric reminiscence of summer love—a perfect tune to keep you warm as the nights start to get chilly.

This single exemplifies an evolution for the band who noted that “[the song] is about the different ways in which we communicate our love for each other…it’s important to release a song like this right now. There’s a lot of hate…in…the world. There should be some more love.” This message is communicated through an intimate verse carried by Phil Slabber’s dynamic voice which carries over a rich bass highlighted by lush keys and a hypnotic high register courtesy of Leon Debaughn.

Paired with an equally bright companion video, the overall groovy and boppy vibe that “Love Language” emulates is the perfect way to close out these final summer nights. Give it a listen (and a watch) below!
