Race fans now have an additional opportunity to be a part of the historic Drydene Double Down weekend. Additional limited tickets are on sale for the Fri., May 22 and Sat., May 23 World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series doubleheader at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.

The two-day event will feature a 62-car field of the best Sprint Car drivers in the world. David Gravel will look to make history, again, after winning the Series’ first RETURN to RACING event at Knoxville Raceway on May 8. He’ll have to contend with drivers like reigning champion Brad Sweet, 10-time Series champion Donny Schatz, 2013 Series champion Daryn Pittman, current points leader Logan Schuchart and last year’s Ironman 55 winner Sheldon Haudenschild. Racing-stars Kasey Kahne and Kyle Larson will also join the field, again.
They’ll compete for the $6,000-to-win prize Friday night and then an incredible $1,000-start and $20,000-to-win prize Saturday night.
Both races are full points events, as well. The Friday and Saturday night broadcasts are expected to begin at 6 p.m. (CT) with Hot Laps, followed by Qualifying and racing at 7:30 p.m. (CT), LIVE on DIRTVision presented by Drydene.
