We hope you had the opportunity to see this informative presentation by our attorney's Mark M. Mikhaiel and Aanchal Sharma.
In AJZ v. TruNorth, in a unanimous reversal, the Ohio Supreme Court reaffirmed the longstanding principles of res judicata: justice is not served if a litigant can continually re-litigate matters that have already been decided. Mark M. Mikhaiel, who successfully litigated this case at the trial court, Eighth District Court of Appeals, and Ohio Supreme Court, will be joined by Aanchal Sharma this Friday, March 15 to discuss the factual and procedural background, lessons learned, and implications for Ohio’s business and legal community. Join us at Noon via Zoom! https://lnkd.in/gxsm3gqH
