Excited to share that we've been shortlisted for the Procurement Leaders World Procurement Awards 2024! #PLWPA Our selection under the ‘Procurement Technology Provider Award’ category speaks to the power of the EcoVadis Carbon Action Manager (CAM), formerly known as the Carbon Action Module. CAM is a comprehensive carbon management solution empowering organizations to bridge the #climate ambition-action gap and engage suppliers in a #carbon management reporting and reduction journey. CAM has been instrumental in helping 288 purchasing organizations gain unparalleled visibility into carbon emissions risks and opportunities across 324,000 suppliers and growing. Supply chains account for roughly 60% of global emissions, and CAM addresses key challenges procurement teams face in driving #decarbonization at scale across complex networks, including multi-tier visibility, supplier carbon maturity, and data fragmentation. EcoVadis is honored to be considered among top providers in #procurement technology, contributing to tangible advancements in supply chain #sustainability and #resilience. We can't wait to see you at the WPA celebration on May 16! https://ecovad.is/3Wdv6rA #ESG #Greenbusiness #sustainablebusiness #carbonsolution

Benchmarking costs will no longer be a barrier to driving a living wage across companies’ own operations and their supply chains. WageIndicator makes its estimates for over 2,600 regions across 165 countries freely accessible to all, on time for International Workers’ Day on May 1.👏👏👏 https://ecovad.is/3JAVQeo WageIndicator Foundation provides estimates for both monthly and hourly living wage rates, with detailed breakdowns for the cost of all goods and services needed for a decent life. Low pay and in-work poverty are persistent issues that affect employees in all but few countries. The call for living wages has gained prominence among employers, factors driving this include the need to attract and retain talent and emerging regulations. In a session during this year’s Sustain event, consumer goods company Unilever said living wage creates more resilient value chains. Benefits can include increased worker productivity and reduced turnover. https://ecovad.is/3QkE4j7 Despite the obvious benefits of paying a #LivingWage, businesses are grappling with the challenge of quantifying the gap to be addressed. Those looking for such figures are discovering that payroll data alone will not enable them to calculate a wage that meets the true cost of living in a region or country – they need real-time benchmark data, which WageIndicator is now making publicly available. This move will make it easier for companies to take action and will reflect in the percentage of workers covered by a pay gap analysis. As a purpose-led company, EcoVadis will have a goal for living wage reporters in 2024, to be published in our Purpose Report this year. 💡Want to know more about data and benchmarks' role in living wage initiatives? Read more on our recent blog https://ecovad.is/3W8KfdO or join us for the upcoming webinar. https://ecovad.is/3JzyqFX
