Over the past couple of decades, the Great White North has been a hotbed of organized crime activity, especially in large cities such as Toronto, Montreal and Hamilton. Stephen Metelsky, a retired police intelligence sergeant and criminology professor at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, will discuss recent Mob history in Canada. He will highlight Project OTremens, a case that exposed a U.S.-Canada drug trafficking operation involving two New York Mafia families.
This program is a videoconference that will be held in the Museum’s Historic Courtroom. Stephen Metelsky will be joining virtually.
