Andrej is a co-founder and President of AEC Advisors. He has spent over two decades serving clients in the AEC industry, providing corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions advice (over 150 completed AEC industry transactions throughout his career), as well as private equity capital raising, internal stock valuations, benchmarking, and other financial advisory services. He has advised CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors of over 500 AEC firms around the world.
Michelle Silverthorn is a recognized expert in organizational inclusion, and the Founder & CEO of Inclusion Nation. She believes that diversity and inclusion needs a new voice for a new generation.
Michelle is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School. She practiced for two large law firms in New York and Chicago before transitioning into the education field where she has trained thousands in-person and online about racism, bias, equity, belonging, and inclusion. She is a TedX speaker and the author of Authentic Diversity, How to Change the Workplace for Good.
