Since then the *** managing that email account has ceased offering email accounts, and so I cannot access that account.             I went to the lab to get blood work done for a prescription refill. I did not recognize the doctor's name on the order and asked where this came from. They did not have any clear answers, so I went ahead and had it done. I thought maybe another doctor in the practice had approved the order or something. Apparently, Noom had called in blood work for me (and it cost me the copay and billed my insurance!) And not only did the results go to them without permission, but I also did not get the medication because my doctor never received the results. Zero stars, do not recommend. I am going back to fix the medication issue with my Healthcare worker.
