"Every Student. No Matter What!"

Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG) partners with Iowa schools to deliver career development programming that includes leadership training, career education, individualized guidance and employer engagement. Our impact? A future-ready generation of leaders with sustainable plans for career and life, thanks to meaningful experiences with Iowa employers.

Since 1999, we’ve helped unlock the potential of more than 35,000 young people by remaining rooted to serve
“Every Student. No Matter What!” This statement reflects our commitment to meet the unique needs of each student so they have the experiences they need to succeed and the empowerment to achieve what they set out to be.

Who we impact

Our in-class activities and projects beyond the classroom, combined with leadership training and events with employers are centered around the unique interests of every student so they can discover, plan and prepare for life after high school.

We leverage evidence-based curriculum, leadership and soft-skills development with employer experiences to create an essential bridge education and the workplace. Our programming is tailored to support district goals and help schools meet academic benchmarks so that every partner has a custom plan for success!

Whether looking for ways to get involved in the community, create a philanthropic and DEI+B-centered partnership and/or build a talent pipeline, our employer engagement programs
allow organizations to get connected to young talent while preparing them for the workplace.

Our employer engagement services span a variety of industry sectors in both rural and urban communities to help aid in immediate and long-term workforce development while igniting economic productivity.

Additionally, we partner with local nonprofits and service groups to help youth become civic-minded and invested in their local community.
