The theme for this retreat is called “Untamed Women” designed to support you in getting more clear about how you’ve been conditioned throughout your life to social norms which have unconsciously held you back from living your best life. We will be using Glennon Doyle’s Untamed Workbook as a guide to determine and uncover the areas that resonate with you. Each day is carefully curated with daily yoga, meditation, workshops and/or
planned activities and downtime for you to do as you wish. The planned
activities are designed to keep you laughing, learning and celebrating.
