Here's the full time-lapse video of the new 78,000 SF warehouse built at 30 Duke Road in Piscataway, NJ. LMC serves as asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center, a seven-building, 650,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse complex in the heart of New Jersey’s I-287 industrial corridor. LMC also served as construction and development manager for 30 Duke Road project, the second new building launched on spec and leased prior to completion at the industrial/warehouse property in the past year. Carrier Enterprise signed the lease at 30 Duke Road in an expansion move.
