Skooly has just unleashed his latest full-length offering, Nobody Likes Me . The project is the first solo long-form release from the 25-year-old Atlanta rapper that fans have received since 2018's Don't You Ever Forget Me 3.

Nobody Likes Me runs 17-tracks and puts Skooly's electric rap style and vibrant vocals on full display, showcasing his ability to do lyrical acrobatics alongside his TRU labelmate 2 Chainz on tracks like "Virgil Discount" and "Box Chevy," while simultaneously flexing his singing ability over smooth Tay Keith production. This project is also very reflective of Skooly's Atlanta roots, and the internal battles he's had to try to understand why some people don't want to see him win.

“I poured my heart in to this project," Skooly said about working on Nobody Likes Me. "The process for it has really been my whole life. I’ve been doing this a long time and I’ve contributed a lot. Though some people won’t acknowledge that.  The title, for me, has a twofold meaning. Nobody Likes Me, but also Nobody Like Me. There are a lot of people that love me, but don’t like me. They love my sound, love my style, but for whatever reason, don’t want to see me win. That makes me feel at times like nobody likes me."

He also touched on the second meaning behind the name of the project, the fact that there is nobody else in the game that is quite like him.

"The other side of it is that there’s nobody like me," he said. "I’ve set trends. I’ve done a lot for a lot of people. Still do. But, I’ve never mentioned it. Never asked for anything in return. I’ve come to learn that, that’s rare. People around me tell me that will be my downfall, but I believe we all should love and support each other. And give second chances, cuz I’ve been blessed with a second chance. And I’m taking full advantage.”

Prior to the release of the project, Skooly also unleashed the visuals for his track "Go." The music video parallels the unique singing and rap style that Skooly uses in the song, juxtaposing his sophisticated mobster persona with delicate chandeliers in a rundown warehouse.
