A versatile broadcaster with over two decades of experience, Jaime Motta is an integral part of FOX Deportes’ MLB, college football, USFL, CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers and Premier Boxing Champions broadcasts.

He also regularly features on EL ENTRETIEMPO.

He also served as the lead sideline reporter for Super Bowl LIV in Miami. Motta is recognized as one of boxing’s most experienced and knowledgeable broadcasters. He has been part of many of the sport’s biggest fights of the last two decades and has interviewed and/or worked with the sport’s biggest names including Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Juan Manuel Marquez and Julio Cesar Chavez.

Motta previously worked at ESPN Deportes where he covered everything from the World Series to the NCAA Final Four. He also followed the U.S. National Team at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany as well as taking part in the network’s NBA and boxing broadcasts.

Before joining ESPN Deportes, Motta worked at KWHY-22, where he served as the color commentator for the LA Galaxy as well as the main anchor for the sports show “Mundo Deportivo.”

Motta began his professional career as a sports producer in 1990 for Univision’s Spanish language KDTV-14. He also worked as a general assignment reporter and as sports anchor-reporter for KDTV-14. In 1996, Motta moved to Los Angeles to become the weekend sports anchor-reporter for Univision’s KMEX-34.
