About The Farm
Verdant Hollow is an Animal Welfare Approved farm using regenerative organic practices to produce seasonal vegetables, certified grass-fed lamb, goat milk, pasture-raised pork, and eggs. Since acquiring the property in 2016 our main focus has been restoring the 225-acre ecosystem of pasture, hardwood forest, and garden space through a long-term permaculture design created for us by Peter Bane and Keith Johnson. This methodology not only restores the land but also provides our family and community with an edible bounty.
