FREEDOM FEST FINALE - July 4

Celebrating God and County is what the July 4, 2023 Freedom Fest Finale is all about. Thanking God we live in a free country and honoring the men and women who serve in our military to keep it that way, July 4th is a special day.

The entire televised Freedom Fest Finale will air on KTBS/KPXJ beginning at 5pm on July 4th, and ending at 10pm!

The Freedom Fest Finale boradcast schedule is as follows:

  • KTBS 3: 7p – 10p
  • Fireworks: 9:30p

Station Manager, George Sirven said, “July 4th is our Independence Day, and KTBS and our sponsors want to continue to honor God and Country. We support the men and women who defend our freedom, and thank them and their family members for their service and sacrifice. Until we can comfortably have an in-person event, KTBS will still find ways to celebrate our patriotism. This event allows folks in Blanchard, Bossier, and Shreveport, LA and Jefferson, and Longview, TX to meet together, or everyone can stay at home in the cool and watch the event on TV.”

Join KTBS, and our sponsors, as we celebrate faith, hope, and patriotism.

The fireworks display will be simulcast from all locations at 9:30pm.

Fireworks will be displayed across from Sci-Port , backdropped by the lights on the Bakowski/Texas St. Bridge in red, white, and blue; South Bossier Park; Northwood Country Club in Blanchard; Jefferson, TX over Big Cypress Bayou by the bridge downtown; and the Maude Cobb Convention Complex in Longview, TX.

The Fireworks are sponsored by:

  • Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Homes
  • Hebert's Town & Country
