This spring and summer, CityPlace is uniting the community in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach with a full schedule of exciting happenings. Through partnerships with local nonprofits, cultural organizations and brands, CityPlace is hosting events including inclusive cultural celebrations, mini-festivals that make a difference, weekly family-friendly programming and comprehensive fitness and wellness offerings.

Together with our development partners and the West Palm Beach community, Related Southeast celebrated the groundbreaking of luxury condominium residence South Flagler House. Related Southeast has announced Class AA office developments 15 CityPlace and 10 CityPlace, presenting new renderings of the transformative mixed-use towers. Spanning a combined 1 million square feet and joining Related's coveted Lifestyle Office collection, 15 CityPlace and 10 CityPlace set forth an exciting vision of downtown West Palm as a multifaceted destination for employees to enjoy all year long.

CityPlace is introducing exciting new retail and restaurants to downtown West Palm Beach. Arriving on Rosemary Avenue in 2024, Maman will present a French-inspired café with a selection of baked goods and an elegant event space for the community.

Related Southeast is proud to announce that Class A office building CityPlace Tower won 2024's The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for the U.S.' Southern Region. Granted by BOMA Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches, this accolade recognizes CityPlace Tower's excellence in building management and operations within the 250,000-499,999 square foot category.

In West Palm Beach, Related Southeast's team joined Mayor Keith A. James and local community members for the grand opening of The Laurel, a new luxury rental residence in the heart of CityPlace. The Laurel presents a luxury residence combining a contemporary South Florida lifestyle with 38,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. The Laurel offers residents one- to three-bedroom residences featuring stunning views of the Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean and the cityscape, as well as luxurious two- to three-bedroom Penthouse Collection residences.

Earlier this year, Related Southeast brought together the South Florida community at Phillips Point to celebrate the construction milestones of office tower One Flagler. Related’s design and development team joined City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, community partners, tenants, business leaders and members of the brokerage community for sunset hard hat tours of One Flagler, which is set to open later this year.

In partnership with renowned architectural firm Roger Ferris + Partners, Related Southeast has revealed luxury residence Shorecrest, which incorporates a waterfront location and a unique façade offering panoramic ocean and city views.
