History

After the success of our first location in Chapel Hill, we added a new brewpub and full production brewery in Pittsboro in 2007. For sixteen years, Pittsboro has brewed, canned, and kegged our beers that you can find on tap in bars and on shelves in retailers through North and South Carolina.

Carolina Cuisine

We make everything from scratch with local ingredients whenever possible. Our friends at Lilly Den Farm provide us with top-quality beef that's fed our very own specialty grains. We proudly use local ingredients from The Bread Shop in Pittsboro, Chapel Hill Creamery, and Lilly Den Farm.
