AMP+ HVA 280 High-Voltage Connector Kits
Finger-proof, touch-safe 2 or 3-position low current connectors and headers designed for electric vehicle device applications. The AMP+ HVA 280 product family can be utilized with multi-core or individually shielded wire and includes a discrete header design unique to the industry that improves packaging and manufacturing efficiency with a two-stage floating latch that creates safety in the system. The AMP+ HVA 280 can be used in the battery pack, DC/DC converter, onboard charger, electric heater, electric air conditioning, electric power steering, and high voltage power distribution applications.
AMP+ HVA 630 High-Voltage Connector Kits
AMP+ HVA 630 touch-safe ranges from 2 up to 5 positions low or medium current connectors and headers are designed to meet AK 4.3.3, LV215-1 specifications and provide CPA (Connector Position Assurance). With a current-carrying capability of up to 40A at 140°C and a 2.5-6mm2 multicore wire range, The shielded and sealed 2 position connectors are designed for advanced performance with high voltage onboard chargers. The 5 position connectors allow 3-phase charging currents up to 32A for maximum charging capacity and due to its lever control, the necessary mating force is less the 70 N.

Our touch-proof 1, 2, or 3 position high current connectors and headers are designed to meet AK 4.3.3, LV215-1 specifications. With a current-carrying capability up to 200A at 85° (depending on wire cross-section), ambient temperature range and a wide wire range, The AMP+ HVA 800 connector kits are suitable for battery, inverter, charging systems and E-motor applications.

AMP+ IPT Shielded Ring Tongue Kits
Our AMP+ IPT shielded ring tongue connection system enables easy and flexible adaptation of the internal power terminal to various applications. The IPT is available in 1-, 2-, or 3-pole housings. The connection system provides 360-degree EMC shielding and wire-to-device capabilities. The screwed ring tongue can be applied on different length cables, according to the needs of the customer.
