Guestroom Reservations
Guest room rates at Grande Lakes Orlando have not increased since 2011.
JW Marriott: $325.00/night++
Ritz-Carlton: $367.00/night++
ACI Convention registrants who reserve guestrooms at the Grande Lakes will receive complimentary high speed internet access in guestrooms, the lobby, Starbucks and pool area. In addition, you will receive complimentary access to the fitness center and the resort fee will be waived.
Reserve your Grande Lakes Orlando guestroom immediately upon completion of payment.
Guestroom Cancellation Policy
- - There are no penalties for room cancellations made prior to December 2, 2023.
- - Reservations secured on or before December 2, 2022 will be eligible for a 5 percent room rebate.
- - In order to receive the 5 percent room rebate, a two-night non-refundable deposit will be processed by the hotel. Rebates will appear on your room folio upon check-out.
- - Any individuals with reservations but opting not to participate in the 5 percent room rebate or that are booked after December 2, 2022 will be assessed a two-night cancellation penalty if reservation is cancelled within five days prior to arrival.
Reminders
- - Guestrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your guestroom following your online registration as guestrooms sell out quickly.
- - Grande Lakes will do everything possible to accommodate early check-ins, but these requests cannot always be accommodated. If you require an early check-in, consider reserving your guestroom beginning the day prior and letting the hotel know that you will be a very late arrival. This will help guarantee that a room is available.
- - Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive early and request an earlier check-in, you may be given a room that does not match your preferences (i.e. a high floor, etc.).
During the ACI Convention, we ask that all attendees and ACI Members use the guestrooms and meeting space in the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton. ACI has worked hard to ensure our members' needs can be met at Grande Lakes. We have been able to do this because of our strong guestroom usage and subgroup meeting spending. Because of these factors, we are able to offer benefits to all attendees such as free internet, the same guestroom price since 2011, a 10 percent food and beverage discount for subgroup meetings, the opportunity for a 5 percent room rebate, and the meeting space needed for business-to-business (B2B) meetings.

Staying on Property and Lakeshore Reserve
Although the Lakeshore Reserve is next to the Grande Lakes, ACI does not receive credit for the business conducted there. The Lakeshore Reserve is owned and operated by an independent company (though affiliated with Marriott). Please keep in mind: If you choose to utilize Lakeshore Reserve for meeting space or guest rooms, you are hindering ACI's ability to meet our needed usage of guest rooms at Grande Lakes as well as our members' needs for Convention meeting space.

Airport
Grande Lakes is a short 15- to 20-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. Driving Directions
Shared Ride Shuttle Service or Town Car
Mears Transportation is not offering shared ride shuttle service at this time. They do, however, offer town car service. Enjoy the convenience of being met at the airport by a Mears Driver and transferred via your own vehicle directly to Grande Lakes Resort, Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott.

Taxi
Taxis are available from Level one of the airport without a reservation for an approximate cost of $43.00 to $48.00. Taxi reservations may also be made by visiting the Mears website or by calling 407-423-5566.
Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
At MCO, look for "Ride App Pickup" signs on level 2 (baggage claim) in Terminal A or B. The cost for a one-way trip to Grande Lakes is approximately $20.00.
Parking at Grande Lakes
- - JW Marriott Valet Parking: $45 per day
- - Ritz-Carlton Valet Parking: $45 per day
- - JW Marriott Self-Parking: $32 per day
The self-parking lots are automated so overnight guests will use key cards and daily drive-ins will be able to pay with credit cards. Guests staying on property have the privilege of the daily rate and may come and go as needed. Guests staying off-property will need to pay with their credit cards each time that they park.
Registration Eligibility
Member
ACI Members are eligible to attend the Convention. Any direct employee of an ACI member company is considered a member and qualifies for member rates.
Non-Member, ACI Eligible
Companies that are eligible for ACI membership (i.e., manufacturers of household, industrial and institutional cleaning products, their ingredients, and finished packaging; and chemical distributors to the cleaning product industry who have any measurable sales in the U.S.) should contact Brian Sansoni, SVP Communication, Outreach and Membership, for Convention registration eligibility.
Non-Member, Not ACI Eligible (including consultants)
Companies that are not eligible for ACI membership as defined above (e.g., equipment manufacturers, research labs, cleaning product manufactures with no U.S. sales) should contact Brian Sansoni, SVP Communication, Outreach and Membership, for Convention registration eligibility.
Guest
A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 or over). Guests cannot be involved in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category; all employees from an ACI Member Company are ACI Members and must pay the Member registration fee.
Journalists/ Editors
ACI welcomes professional editorial staff (including photographers and camera crews) of print, online and broadcast media to attend the Convention on a complimentary basis. Others including non-editorial positions, such as publishers, advertising directors and advertising representatives, must pay a registration fee in order to attend the Convention.
