Lift ticket, Lesson, and Rental policy
Thank you so much for purchasing a Sunday River product! We’re so excited for you to experience the most dependable snow in New England. We understand that sometimes your plans change after you’ve purchased your lift tickets, lessons, or rentals. Easy Change allows you to receive credit for your purchase in the form of a credit that may be used towards another online purchase.
We ask that your Easy Change is requested by 11:59PM prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Your voucher credit will appear in your shop.sundayriver account within 48 hours after your submission.
Log in to shop.sundayriver.com to see your voucher code and use it to purchase online products for a future visit. Vouchers generated during the 2023-24 ski season will expire on April 30, 2025.
Voucher credits assigned this season are based on the value paid for that day of skiing and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on April 30, 2025. You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase until expiration on April 30, 2025. Voucher credits must be redeemed online, and are not available at the ticket window.

Please note: Easy Change policy does not apply to Ticket Pack products. Easy Change also does not apply to SnowSports School seasonal programming, 15-day lesson products, or season passes. These products are non-refundable and non-transferrable; any remaining days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.
