The MS in Athletic Training program begins in July (summer II term) and consists of five semesters for full-time students. For students looking to complete their program faster, an Accelerated Track is available where you can earn your Bachelor degree in Exercise Science in three years, followed by your Master’s degree in Athletic Training in two years (3+2).
Students apply to the dual degree program as incoming freshmen and are admitted directly into the graduate program at the same time as their admission as undergraduate students. Students may pursue one of two pathways to the Master of Science in Athletic Training program:

This is a STEM-designated program, which means you will be trained in areas of science that are in high demand with U.S. employers. This program allows international students with F1 visas to extend their OPT in the U.S. by 24 months after graduating (36 months in total).
